1. Direct Aligner (TC-85DAC)

Material background

Tera Harz TC-85 is a photopolymer material that was created to overcome the current limitation of thermoforming sheet type aligner.

The Tera Harz direct aligner is the first aligner developed in the world that can be printed directly with a 3D printer.

It makes orthodontic treatment more efficient and less painful for the patient.

Direct aligner is an orthodontic dental device that was created with state-of-the-art 3D printing technology for professional orthodontic experts, patients, and maximized treatment efficiency.

Convenience of Storage

Since shape memory function and simple heat disinfection are available, the extra exclusive case for containing is not necessary.
You are able to directly insert it in your mouth after disinfection in warm water and using shape memory function instead of storing it in a exclusive case after removed the aligner (e.g. Eating).
Perfect Transparency

Graphy always aim at making 100% transparency material.
You may not realize that wearing 3D Printed Direct Aligner or not because of the 100% transparency.
Direct Aligner are strong from discoloring and easily recovering its transparency by simply brushing it with toothpaste while existing materials are weak for discoloring and never make its color recovered.

2. Permanent C&B (TC-80DP)

Material background

Graphy created the world's first 3D printable permanent material for dental prosthetics - such as Crown and Bridge - in order to overcome the limitations of existing 3D printer materials, which can be only used for temporary prosthetics.

Through Graphy’s own research and development, it developed the TC-80DP, the first material in the world that can replace the existing material, zirconia.

TC-80DP, a dental material for permanent prosthetics, is undergoing actual clinical trials, and its effectiveness has already been proven in many clinical cases all over the world.

3. Surgical Guide (SG-100)

Material background

Ever since implant surgery switched over from analogue to digital with 3D printing technology, 3D printed surgical guides made implant surgeries much more accurate and faster.

4. Denture Base (THD)

Material Background

Conventional denture production systems required a lot of time and effort due to the complex manufacturing process, and they cost also a lot of money due to the variety of materials consumed.

THD resin was developed to overcome these kinds of problems.

THD resin can be designed conveniently using 3D printing, and can be applied to patients immediately after printing the Denture Base.

It saves time and cost, and can prevent errors in manufacturing by simplifying the process. Thus, it is a material that can produce more accurate dentures.

Characteristics and Advantages

Tera Harz THD drastically simplifies the conventional process of manufacturing dentures. It used to take several days to provide the final products to the patients, but when using the Tera Harz THD, the time can be greatly reduced, even allowing for same-day production. The Denture Base designed and printed based on 3D scanned patient oral condition has an accuracy which is incomparable to the existing method.

THD is a biocompatible dental Denture Base material with high flexural strength, tensile strength and impact strength, and the shrinkage is significantly lower than the existing Denture Base material.

5. Flexible Denture (TFDH)

Material background

Production process of the conventional Flexible Denture was very complex, and required a lot of time and effort.

There were many types of materials consumed, and it cost a lot of money to be equipped with facility.

TFDH resin was developed to overcome this kind of problems.

TFDH resin can be designed conveniently using 3D printing, and can be applied to patients immediately after printing the Flexible Denture.

It saves time and cost, and can prevent errors in the manufacturing process due to the simplification of the process.

Thus, it is a material that can produce more accurate products.

Advantages

Tera Harz TFDH is the world’s first 3D printable biocompatible dental Flexible Denture material. Tera Harz TFDH is a high elasticity material, has a higher flexure strength and higher elongation than conventional thermoforming resin, so it is resistant to external shocks.

If only the elongation is high, the output will be too soft and weak. Tera Harz TFDH is soft but strong, and high elastic, so it reliably holds the supporting teeth in the most important Clasp area of the flexible denture without the inconvenience of resorption. 6. Model (S-100M)

Material background

When 3D printers were first brought into the dental field, the first product to be tried and universalized was the dental model.

Unlike existing impression methods, you can save time and money by acquiring oral data with intra oral scanner and making a model with printer.

It skips the step where dental clinics have to provide patients’ oral environment to dental labs, thereby simplifying the process, reducing errors, and making an accurate reproduction accurate oral environment.

7. Castable (SC-130)

Material background

Metal prosthesis is a common material historically used in the dental field.

To produce the metal prosthesis with wax casting, experts needed to spend a lot of time and effort in elaborate fabrication.

Since the widespread use of 3D printing technology in the dental field, faster and more precise fabrication was made possible by using 3D modelling to design the prosthesis and the SC-130 dental casting resin.

10. Permanent C&B (BR-23)
